If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

When a customer places an order, rockers workshop-site sends the order information to the payment processor and then redirects the customer securely to the payment gateway’s website page where you enter your credit card information. When the payment is done, the payment processor sends a reply (callback) containing the payment status to rockers workshop-site.
So, your payment information is processed on the payment processor side using a secure protocol.

Shipping time in Finland varies between 1-4 days. Europe 4-7, rest of the globe 5-15.

Due to the product box, it must be sent as a package.

Our shipping costs include all packaging and postal costs. We will provide an estimate of shipping costs in the shopping bag according to the primary delivery method. The available delivery methods will depend on your location. Choose the most suitable shipping method option for you from the checkout.

Exceptions to delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping bag has any stock out of stock. We also inform about possible delays to you immediately after ordering.
